Christine Fruin
Christine Fruin is the Scholarly Communications Librarian at the University of Florida George A. Smathers Libraries. In this role, she educates the university community about open access resources, scholarly publication modes, copyright law and the impact of intellectual property issues on scholarly inquiry and instruction. She recently completed an appointment with the Association of Southeastern Research Libraries as Visiting Program Officer for Scholarly Communications. Fruin earned a J.D. from the School of Law at Southern Illinois University and a MSLIS from the University of Illinois.
