Dr. Zhou is the Data Curation Specialist at the Texas State University Libraries. She received a PhD in Educational Psychology and a graduate certificate in Advanced Research Methods from Texas A&M University. Dr. Zhou is a recognized expert in academic library research data management (RDM), having published a set of peer-reviewed articles in high-impact journals in the RDM field. Dr. Zhou also has expertise in data literacy education and teacher professional development. She is an active advocate for open science and open data initiatives in higher education and academic libraries.
