While typically organizationally separate, open access and collections are intrinsically tied. With the increasing subscribe-to-open, read and publish, partnership and subsidy programs, and similar opportunities the lines are becoming more blurred. Participate in this engaging roundtable discussion where you'll have the opportunity to both learn from and contribute to a dynamic exchange of ideas. Delve into the complexities surrounding the division of responsibilities related to Open Access (OA), determining funding allocations and sources, advocating for additional funding to support OA, and evaluating OA programs and schemes. A handout with one example of a clear and concise division of responsibility will be made available. An additional shared document outlining other examples and experience from others will be created during the discussion and made available to those in attendance. This is your chance to collaborate with peers, share your expertise, and find your place in Open Access at your institution.
