There is shared registration for both the UNT Open Access Symposium 2020 and the 2020 Society of Southwest Archivists Annual Meeting, entitling registered participants to attend sessions that are part of either event. See further information on the SSA meeting website. SSA is offering a full refund of registration fees for anyone who is unable to travel due to COVID-19.
Since the UNT Open Access Symposium 2020 will be held concurrently with the 2020 Society of Southwest Archivists Annual Meeting, the two events will share sponsors and exhibitors. Please see information about sponsoring both events.

The tenth annual UNT Open Access Symposium will be held May 17–18, 2019, at UNT Dallas College of Law. With a theme of “Is Open Access an Answer for Access to Justice?”, this year’s program will feature presentations and interactive sessions led by legal scholars and practitioners from Penn, Harvard, Duke, Saskatchewan, the Harris County Law Library, UNT, and more.
The UNT Open Access Symposium 2019 will take place all day on Friday, May 17, and the morning of Saturday, May 18. Registration includes breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and a reception on Friday. See below for how to register:
